After long debates ... the agreement among the Top 20 Countries is arrived: Taxes have to be paied by each commercial organization if goods or servises are sold in the EU !!
So, is it a great results?
Someone can say that big global Companies like Amazon should pay only 15% VS the most of the other medium or small companies, which has to pay till 45%. Someone can say 15% is just the starting point .... and it is anyway better than 0%.
The through answer is in the middle .... but strategically it is a great result. The point of view is changed. Now all people recognized the importance to have clear and common rules.

This is a risk or an opportunity? Please consider that behind a risk there is always an opportunity ... when the majority of people see risks it could be also good to think in the opposite way and try to see what are the possible opportunities for my company. This is a good excercise to often do on a regular basis.

Poi ha rivolto un appello: "E' chiaro che per la generazione futura, dobbiamo agire ora in modo molto rapido contro i cambiamenti climatici".
Questo è il valore di investire nella Ricerca .... anticipare i trend senza aspettare che lo facciano gli altri.

Grande svolta epocale in Ferrari. Forse non tutti hanno colto subito la netta decisione strategica di John Elkann, Presidente della Ferrari, che ha nominato Benedetto Vigna come nuovo Amministratore Delegato. Vigna proviene da STMicroelectronics, dove attualmente è responsabile del gruppo analogici, Mems (Micro-electromechanical Systems) e sensori, il più grande e remunerativo business operativo di ST nel 2020 e quindi in molti si sono domandati: perché nominare il nuovo AD Ferrari da una società di semiconduttori invece che dal mondo dei motori? La scelta è legata alla nuova direzione strategica aziendale. John Elkann ha capito che tutte le auto del futuro, compresa la Ferrari, saranno ad alimentazione elettrica e quindi da società leader, la Ferrari vuole da subito ricercare un vantaggio competitivo. Il messaggio è chiaro: acquisire le competenze necessarie per poter continuare a guidare il mercato anche in futuro.
Jannik Sinner è la dimostrazione che con il talento e la giusta strategia si possono ottenere grandi risultati e vincere sfide inaspettate. Questa frase forse entrerà nel linguaggio comune per descrivere una grande impresa. Complimenti al piccolo grande Jannik !!!

Someone is talking about the New-Normality .... I think that we also have to go ahed. There is no special recipe but only through the imagination you can see your future
